Let's Talk About Ship (But It IS NOT About Ship, Actually)

Yoooo.... life's been weighting me all these months, that i haven't even updated much this year. But here I am, ready to spam-writing again.

So now, after a brain-draining assessment exam (which have several questions about ship), let's talk about ship. But yes, it won't be TRULLY about ship. So be it.

So... while technically i'm not a sailor (true that i have participated in a sailed ship several times, mostly as a deadweight stowaway anyway), that won't stop me from talking about ship.

I believe that a ship is as good as the captain.

However, how well they truly sail, depends on the wellness of the crew.

When a ship sails into an unknown water, the safety of the chosen route depends on the captain. 

Yet, whether the ship truly sails safely depends on the crew.

A good captain doesn't always need to know everything; the captain only needs to know the crew good enough and where each of them are good at.

A good captain doesn't treat the crews as tools; instead, they are the captain's partner along the journey.

A captain lacking crew's respect is as good as dead.

A captain must give a clear order. And a clear order must be clearly adhered by the crew. However, a good crew not only adhere to the captain's order, the keep things in order to keep the ship afloat.

Unclear order often leads to questionable acts of the crew, which might harm the journey.

I heard that mutiny at a ship is punishable by death. 

That got me thinking, if a captain deviate the ship's route without the crew's consent, the captain should be punishable by being ejected from the ship.
